The villa offers 236 m² of indoor and outdoor living space, with two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests (up to 8 with sofa bed). It is ideal for families, small groups and remote workers looking for comfort and privacy.

The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms with comfortable bedding and storage space.
The open living area includes a sofa, dining table and a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet, making it suitable for remote work or longer stays.
